Starting your day with a burst of energy is crucial for maintaining a productive and healthy lifestyle. Today, I’m sharing five quick and effective morning exercises that will help you kickstart your day on the right foot.

1. Jumping Jacks

Jumping jacks are a fantastic way to get your heart rate up and warm up your body.

How to do it:

  • Stand with your feet together and arms at your sides.
  • Jump your feet out while raising your arms above your head.
  • Jump back to the starting position.

Do this for: 1 minute

2. High Knees

High knees are excellent for building strength and endurance in your legs.

How to do it:

  • Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
  • Lift your right knee to your chest.
  • Switch to lift your left knee to your chest.

Do this for: 1 minute

3. Push-Ups

Push-ups are a great way to work your upper body and core.

How to do it:

  • Get into a plank position with your hands under your shoulders.
  • Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor.
  • Push back up to the starting position.

4. Squats

Squats target your lower body and help strengthen your legs and glutes.

How to do it:

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Lower your body as if you’re sitting back into a chair.
  • Return to the starting position.

5. Plank

The plank is excellent for building core strength and stability.

How to do it:

  • Get into a forearm plank position with your body in a straight line.
  • Hold the position, keeping your core tight.
